What makes you or your story unique?  I have lived it!  Been there, done that.

Why do you do what you do?  I know what it feels like to be sick and have (or think ) I have no options.  I want people to know they have options.  I want people to know they can take back control of their health and that they have a choice.

Who or what Inspired you?  My husband, he is always there for me and inspired me when I feel weak.

My kids who always believe in me and support me in what I do.  But inspiration can also come from many places, this is why my favorite verse is Psalm 46:10, “Be still and listen…”  God gives us opportunities to learn everywhere we turn around.

What is one thing you struggle with?  Balancing everything.  I have a hard time once I start something switching gears.  A work in progress!

What is one thing you are thankful for or celebrating?  All the hard times I have gone through because they have taught me the most and blessed me the most.
What do you do for fun? Anything with my family.

Do you have a secret passion or hobbie?  Anything that is crafty, paint old furniture, sew, make jewelry…

What was the ah ha moment to do what you do? My dog was sick and we had two choices, put him down or take him to see a vet who did something different.  I could not bear to lose my little guy.  Dr. Lame is only one of 8 vets in the country who do this and I happened to live five minutes form her.  After giving my little Wesley a second chance I found out that what she did could be done with people as well.  When she said this, I knew this was what I had to do.  Because my dog was sick, I found someone who was going to change both our lives.

What is one thing you want to be remembered for?  Living my life to serve God through serving others.

How do you balance everything? (your relationship with Jesus, your family life, and your business)  Balance, this is something I must work very hard at.  My task master is a calendar to keep track of what I’m doing throughout the day.

What does Faith mean to you?  Love, compassion to others, putting others first, unselfish, helping others, forgiveness and so much more that is followed by the great reward of an eternity of unimaginably glory with God.

When did you learn about God and how has he worked in your life?  When I was young my family went to church. As I got older and had my own bible, I would read it every night.  I know it was special and I wanted to understand it and how it applied to me.

Miracles?  Considering what the bible has to say, I think miracles are very different today than what we see in scripture.  In scripture we see only Jesus and the apostles preforming miracles, they are no longer with us yet amazing things still happen.  I believe God works though people and events which may seem like miracles but since neither Jesus or the apostles preformed them I consider them to be God’s beautiful handy work, just done differently them the miracles.

How do you make God apart of your life personally and professionally? (Personal Relationship with Jesus Christ) Spend time most every day studying the scriptures, reflecting how they apply to me, praying for not just Godly wisdom but also to see this His way.  It’s far too easy to put my own thought into something but in the end it’s His that counts.

How do you serve other’s or bring value to the marketplace? For me, serving others is to give others a place to turn to too get help when they feel as I did, hopeless.  To do the best job I can in giving them that hope.

What core values do you have? To live by God’s word the best I can. Many times I feel as though I fail miserable but I don’t give up trying.

What is one thing you have to do in your life that you haven’t had the opportunity to do? I would have said in the past to see different places.  So much in my life looks different after getting sick.  My new focus is simply to show people how they can take back control of their health.

How can we best help you both personally and professionally? I’m never really sure how to answer this one other than pray for me that I am “being still and listening” so that His light may shine through me.

Any resources you recommend? (books, advice, words of widsom, etc.)  There are a lot of good resources out there but I find myself coming back to my favorite verse, Psalms 46:10, Be still and listen…   If we are willing to put our own thoughts, beliefs aside, we will learn greater lessons from God then anything a man can write in a book. http://www.wholebodyhealth.fit/resources.html
